Good 'n Plenty Suppers
Founded over 20 years ago, our Good 'n Plenty suppers continue to be an integral part of the FUMC Church life. With the purpose to enrich the fellowship of our church members, reach out to the community and provide a way to help support our current expenses… thus the supper is the 1st Wednesday of the month!
All you can eat” suppers are held on first Wednesdays as noted below, from 4:30 to 6:00, in the Celebration Center. The suggested donation is $10. Curb side take out is from 4:00-6:00. There are no child-size take outs.
October 3 – Roast turkey w/filling, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, coleslaw, dessert and beverage.
November 7 - Roast pork & sauerkraut, grilled hot dogs w/rolls, mashed potatoes, applesauce, dessert and beverage.
December 5 – Baked Ham Loaf, scalloped potatoes, vegetable medley, salad, dessert and beverage.
January 9 - Chicken'N Biscuits, mashed potatoes, peas, salad, dessert and beverage
February 6 - Baked Ham, scalloped potatoes, buttered green beans, salad, rolls, dessert and beverage
March 13 – Roast turkey w/filling, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, coleslaw, dessert and beverage.
April 3 - Pork BBQ on Kaiser Roll, macaroni salad, baked beans, salad, dessert and beverage
May 1 – Roast turkey w/filling, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, coleslaw, dessert and beverage.
The Good ‘n Plenty purpose aligns with our church motto… celebrating life together in Jesus Christ (fellowship), growing deeper (involving all age groups of our church family), reaching wider (community outreach).
The success of our Good 'n Plenty suppers is due to the prayers and commitment of the FUMC Congregation. We are so grateful to our community friends who gather to enjoy an evening with friends centered around a Good ’n Plenty meal.
