Children's Ministry

Preschoolers learn their faith lessons with fun activities and stories.

Grades K-3 are learning about God's family tree in the Old Testament.

Grades 4-6 are using the "Grapple" curriculum, digging into the Bible for answers to issues they grapple with the most. Cool videos, an interactive website, games and weekly dares guarantee they'll have fun exploring what they believe... and why they believe it.

Child care for infants and toddlers is available during Sunday School and worship in a fully staffed nursery.

Girls Night for grades 4-6 will be held Friday, Aug. 22, 5-8 p.m. Bring a snack to share and a friend! Please RSVP to Alicia at fumckids@windstream.net or 546-8904.

First United Methodist Church Preschool 

     Four-year-old class, which meets Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, is accepting children for the 2008-09 school year.  

     The three-year-old class is Monday and Friday mornings, 8:45-11:15 a.m. Child must be three years old by Oct. 1, 2008 and potty trained.

Teaching socialization and age appropriate learning skills. Certified, accredited teachers.
