Children's Ministry

Preschoolers and Kindergarteners learn their faith lessons with fun activities and stories in the Preschool room 105 with Sue Moon.

Grades 1-5 meet with Bobbi Bellows and Stacie Nierzwicki in Room 100.

Sunday School News!

A new Sunday School Class has formed in Room 101 for 6, 7 and 8th graders.  Curriculum will be featuring 4 part video series from Blue Fish TV.   Mike Sherman, Lori Lewis and Kevin Myers will rotate as teachers throughout the summer. 

Child care for infants and toddlers is available during Sunday School and worship in a fully staffed nursery.

Children’s Choir - Grades K-3. Rehearsals are during Fun With God (during worship). This is for kids in Pre-K through Grade 5. Hope you can join us!

Children's Rejoice! A children's choir for grades 4, 5 and 6 will resume in the fall. See Lori Lewis (director) for details.

Fun With God Church - “Fun With God Church” (for kids ages 3 to 10) provides an alternate worship setting for busy hands and feet for every worship service. If you would be willing to help (rotation schedule), contact Lori Lewis as soon as possible.

First United Methodist Church Preschool 

     Four-year-old class, which meets Monday through Friday mornings, 8:45 to 11:15 a.m., is accepting children for the 2010-11 school year.  The child must be four years old by Oct. 1, 2010 and potty-trained.

     The three-year-old class is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, 12:45 to 2:45 p.m. Child must be three years old by Oct. 1, 2010 and potty trained.

Teaching socialization and age appropriate learning skills. Certified, accredited teachers. The school year will begin the week of Labor Day. Cost: $100 per month for 3 year olds, $140 per month for 4 year olds; $25 pre-registration. Forms are in the church office. For information, call Stacie Swank.
