Body & Soul - Women's Exercise Group
Body and Soul (Ladies exercise class) started in January of 2008. The women meet twice weekly and share interests, joys and concerns, and a devotion. First we stretch for a good fifteen minutes, then move to range of motion exercises. All of this we do to music, most of it faith-based but some dance music finds its way into our routines. Range of motion is followed by a low level endurance session. We lift weights, do some light aerobics and a little of what might qualify as line dancing. We finish with a cool down then spend some time together to chat and have a nutritious snack.
